By    DOH JAMES SONKEY IN YAOUNDE Cameroon’s Minister of Higher Education and Chancellor of Academic Orders, Prof Jacques Fame Ndongo has been elected Chair of the Council of Higher Education Ministers of Africa and Madagascar better known by its French acronym as CAMES. Prof Fame Ndongo who was also made Commander of the International Order of Academic Palms of CAMES at the occasion will serve the council for two years after he was elected in the early morning of May 26, 2017 by the 19 member countries as they met in their 34th Session from May 22 to 26 2017…
