By DANIELA ITOE NGUM The Senior Divisional Officer, SDO for Meme Division Chamberlain Ntou’ou Ndong has called for the population of Banga Bakundu and Mile 40 in Mbonge Sub-Division to embrace peace and join efforts to reconstruct the division again. Chamberlain Ntou’ou Ndong was speaking to the population on Friday, February 21 while on a visit to ascertain the security situation and living condition of the area.
