President Biya has always given privilege to dialogue

I will not call it crisis but difficulties because crisis is a situation where vital institutions do not function anymore. Politically speaking, normal political activities have found difficulties taking place. At the recent elections for instance, campaigns did not take place with fanfare as was the case before this period. Since then, voters’ registration has been timid and on elections day, voters find it difficult to show up and exercise their civic rights at polling stations because of insecurity.
