Commission for Training Domains Offered Abroad detects 63 fake certificates

By DOH JAMES SONKEY The National Commission for the Evaluation of Training Domains Offered Abroad has met at its 91st ordinary session for 2018 and detected 63 fake certificates (62 baccalaureates from the Central African Republic and 1 Degree of Engineer from Russia.)
