Prime Minister Joseph Dion Ngute did not lie but he might have told a lie. I believe he faithfully transmitted the message entrusted to him by President Biya to the peoples of former Southern Cameroon. Dion Ngute said along his visit that he was Biya’s messenger on that tour.
