For its complexity: Traditional Rulers say only Biya can lead Cameroon

By Noela EBOB BISONG Traditional Rulers in Cameroon say due to the complex nature of the state of Cameroon, only Paul Biya in his ‘wisdom’ can successfully manage the affairs of the country.
