Minister Mounouna Foutsou inaugurates Reference Operational Centre dedicated to REAMORCE at Nkolnda

By Doh James Sonkey The Minister of Youth Affairs and Civic Education, Mounouna Foutsou inaugurated last October 26, 2023 a reference operational centre dedicated to the National Programme of Education by Moral, Civil and Entrepreneurial Rearmament, PRONEC REAMORCE.
