Newly promoted soldiers instructed to combat separatists

The call was made by the Senior Divisional Officer for Fako, Engamba Emmanuel Ledoux, as he presided over the epaulette award ceremony of newly promoted military officers, following presidential decree No. 67618/12/2019 promoting military officers.
