Higher Education Ministry staff challenged to maximize results in 2018 budget

By DOH JAMES SONKEY The 2018 Budget of the Ministry of Higher Education which stands at FCFA 61 billion has been launched with staff of this ministry and Heads of state universities poised to use the budget to maximize their expected results.
